This sweepstakes is administered by Emerson Tool Company and begins January 1, 2008; all entries must be received by December 31, 2008 and are limited to one per household. There will be one winner chosen thru a random drawing to be held in January of 2009, odds of winning are dependent upon the number of eligible entries received. The winner will be announced on www.gocleanvacs.com by the end of Feb.'09. This drawing is open only to US residents at least 18 years of age or older, void in Puerto Rico.
